Discord events

Aleeva can create a native Discord scheduled event alongside your Aleeva event and keep the two in sync, so members also see it in Discord's event list.

This option is available where the feature is enabled for your server.

Turning it on

When you create an event, answer yes to letting Aleeva create and update a Discord event. You can also make this the default for new events. If the Aleeva event has no voice channel, you can set a fallback voice channel for the Discord event's location. From the Manage menu you can recreate the Discord event if needed.

Description template

The Discord event's description is built from a template. You can use the placeholders {event_link}, {leader} and {description}. A per-event template overrides the server default.

Premium

Editing the template requires Premium. Without it, Aleeva uses a default description with the event link and leader.
