GW2 Event Calendar

The GW2 Event Calendar notification brings the Guild Wars 2 event calendar into your server. It is available where the feature is enabled, and one event calendar notification can be set up per server.

Add it from and open the Notifications category. You choose what the notification should do (at least one):

• Post an advance reminder in a channel. Aleeva posts a reminder ahead of each event.
• Create a native Discord event. Aleeva creates a Discord scheduled event.

Depending on your choice, Aleeva also asks how far in advance to remind or create the event, where a created event takes place (an external location, a voice channel or a text channel), and which channel to post in.

A few calendar events happen at a link rather than a place, a scheduled stream for example. Those carry their own link, and Aleeva uses it as the location of the Discord event instead of the one you configured, so members land on the stream with one click. Everything else keeps the location you set.
