Restrict who can use /check-user and /check-account
By default, , and the Check User action (right-click a member, then Apps) are only available to members with the Manage Roles permission. If you want other members to use them, you change that in Discord's own integration settings. The same steps let you hide any Aleeva command, either everywhere or in specific channels.

Open Aleeva's integration settings
Click your server name and choose Server Settings, then open Integrations and click Aleeva.
Find the command
On the Aleeva integration screen, the first two boxes (Roles & Members, and Channels) control Aleeva's commands overall. The third box sets per-command permissions. Click the command you want to configure, for example Check User. Repeat the steps for and if you need them too.
See the default
Discord shows the command's defaults at the top. Click View to see which permission a member needs by default.
Add your overrides
Under Role & Member Overrides, add the roles or members that should be able to use the command. You can also limit where it can be used. Click Save when you are done.
That's it. Everyone you allowed will now see the command and can use the Check User option on members.
