Signup modes

The signup mode decides how members join an event. You pick it while creating the event.

Modes

• Simple (SignIn / SignOut). Members sign up with a single Sign Up button. No role or profession selection.
• Extended (Profession selection). Members choose their Guild Wars 2 profession and specialisation when they sign up.
• Quick. Members pick their role using buttons directly below the event. This mode is used together with a role set. The reserve list and flex roles are not available in this mode.
• Managed Squad. A ready-made squad composition for 5, 10 or 50 players, filled from a predefined role set.

Reserve list and flex roles

For simple and extended events you can also enable:

• Reserve list. A waiting list. When a spot frees up, a member moves from the reserve to the main list. The reserve list is available for events with a subscriber limit below 30, and is not available in the Quick mode.
• Flex roles. Lets a member mark extra roles they could also play if needed, on top of their main role.
• Reserve-only roles. You can restrict certain Discord roles so their members can only join the reserve list.
